Razorpay is the Stripe of India. I worked there as a Senior Communication Designer for two years and was involved in several high impact GTM launches and brand upgrades during their hypergrowth phase.
This is an overview of some of these projects where I was responsible as an IC or lead designer.

Since 2019, Razorpay has been expanding its core payment gateway services to include more tailored offerings for specific audiences. I conceptualised micro-brands to effectively target and communicate with these sub-audiences.
Each GTM campaign was executed using an omnichannel strategy, incorporating multiple touchpoints from both organic and performance marketing. Extending from the micro-brand, I designed landing pages, videos and collaterals for each.




Collaborating with the HR team, I helped reimagine the corporate rewards program and introduced a refreshed visual language based on a modernised view of how employees engage with recognition and motivation.
This initiative aimed to create a more inclusive, engaging, and visually appealing system that resonated with the workforce, focusing more on team qualities and intrinsic applications of cultural values to solve problems.
